ASTEC Development Centre Sdn. Bhd (ASTEC) was registered under Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), on 26th March 2012 and are focusing on providing skills-based training, related to architectural, human and professional field to public, workers, students, graduates and focus group. Our academy mainly focusing on producing students that is expert in skills-based fields.

Pn. Anizah Pn. Anizah binti Masini was a Chief Executive Officer at Astec Academy since 26 March 2012. Pn Anizah is a holder of Master in Business Administration from Open University Malaysia and a Degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia in Management (Human resource). Towards her life, she has many professional experience in few private companies before managing Astec Academy. Pn. Anizah had 15 years hands-on experience in Human Resource(HR) Management & Development field in few private companies (in services & manufacturing industry) and 9 years experience as islamic financial consultant involving Sales, Service & Management. She is also a Human Resource & Development Consultant. She also had experience in jobs involving setting up new companies (forms involved), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), HR flow & forms, HR information system (covering modules of recruitment, salary admin, training & Development, Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, employee relation) and Other Management Skilss (marketing, operation, finance & accounting). Pn. Anizah is a freelance Speaker for 'Tips Attending Job Interview' in few institutions.
En. Nadzim En. Mohd Nadzim bin Anas is a Corporate Partner at Astec Academy. En. Nadzim is a degree holder in Bachelor Of Architecture from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Bachelor of Science Architecture (House, Building and Planning) and a Diploma in Architecture from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is a Director of Linggis Design Studio (involving Architectural, Landscape & Interior Design Firm at Batu Pahat). He has more than 15 years hands-on Experience in Architectural & Interior Design in few Private and Government Sector. He also has an experience involving few mega and medium projects like housings, institutions, mosque, schools, universities, shopping complexes , bus stand, offices, bungalows, apartments and renovation works.
En. Fuad En. Muhammad Fuad bin Abdul Ghafar is an Internal Validator Officer at Astec Academy. He had 7 years experience in few private companies involving marketing, human resource and as an educator before joining Astec Academy as SKM Level 1 Officer in year 2012 until 2014. Starting from year 2015 until now he is appointed as our Internal Validator Officer. He had a qualification from Centre for Instructor and Advanced Skills Training as Vocational Training Officer and he had a certificate in CADD Architectural (Level 1, 2, & 3) from Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara Chembong.
Pn. Norhidayah Pn. Norhidayah binti Sarju is SKM level 3 Evaluator Officer at Astec Academy. Pn. Norhidayah has been educated at the Institut Latihan Perindustrian, Kuantan, Pahang for 2 years with a Certificate of Malaysian Skill as Architectural Draughtsman Level 1 and 2 in a year and Level 3 in another year. She had undergone practical training in a registered draughting at Ahmad bin Muda di Kuantan for 3 months. She also furthered her studies at CIAST Shah Alam for 3 months and undergone practical training at Institut Kemahiran Belia Negara(IKBN) for 9 months. She joined Astec Academy since November 2012.
